Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. We only accept returns for unopened products, unless the items are faulty. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, a 10% restocking fee may apply. For faulty products, we offer a replacement or a refund. For change of mind returns, we provide store vouchers for future purchases.
